We appreciate the value of your time—and except for emergency situations—you can expect us to be on time for you. We appreciate the same courtesy.

If it becomes necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice.


We promise to speak candidly with you about the associated costs of treatment. Your treatment plan will inform you of all estimated costs before treatment is administered.

Payment is due the day of service. If you have insurance, your estimated portion is due the day of service.

We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

We offer a cash courtesy.

We offer a payment plan for qualifying patients whose estimated portion is $300 or more.  Ask Kate for more information.


We work with you and your insurance company to maximize your benefits, estimate your portion, and send your claim to the insurance company.

Please remember that we do not have the contract with your insurance company; you do. We can only estimate your portion and benefit.

We accept most insurances. A few do not accept us, just ask us to make sure.

If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance.
