Our staff has worked together for almost ten years. Knowing each other so well creates an easy flow to the work day. We continually try to enhance this with continuing education classes and staff meetings devoted to helping us do the best job possible. We also participate in activities that help others. We raise enough money each year to take over the Medical Teams International Mobile Van for an entire day to provide no-cost dentistry for low income children. We raised over 1000 dollars for the Diabetes Tulip Walk, give away backpacks filled with school supplies to students, and donate dental supplies to third world countries. We all enjoy helping to give back to our community.

Keri L.D. Halgren, DDS
Dr Keri Halgren, our Associate Dentist, has been with us for over five years. She moved here from the mid-west, where she practiced dentistry after graduating from Creighton University in Omaha, NE, ten years ago. She enjoys working with our team to make sure our patients enjoy a comfortable experience. Her goal is to educate patients on the importance of dental health, so they can keep their teeth for a lifetime. In addition to belonging to the Mount Baker District Dental Society and the American Dental Association, she is a member of the Seattle Study Club. They meet monthly with other general dentists and specialists to explore current continuing education topics. She is married to Dr. Paul Halgren who operates the Halgren Orthodontic practice next door to our office. Their leisure time is spent with their two young daughters, enjoying the scenic northwest summers and skiing in the winter.
Krissa
Krissa is responsible for scheduling and front office duties. She takes pleasure in building relationships with our patients and enjoys the feeling of confidence our skilled doctors instill in her and our patients. Krissa lives with her husband, Marc, a school-aged son, Taegan, and a rabbit named Silly. In her free time, she enjoys camping, gardening, golfing, cooking, working out, and traveling with her family, friends and relatives.
Carole
Carole is our accounts manager. She enjoys helping patients with their accounts to their mutual satisfaction and is always available to answer any questions you may have. She likes that we bring the "joy" in "Joyfully Creating Smiles" to the office each day. Outside the office, Carole has fun with her five grandchildren on a regular basis. She also likes to garden, write stories, make videos with her grandkids, and attend her teenage grandsons' "rockcitals".
Pam
Pam is one of our chairside dental assistants with expanded duties. She finds it rewarding to make patients comfortable and knowledgeable about all aspects of their treatment. She takes pride in working with such a quality dental team. Pam lives with husband, Eric, and a cat named Caroline. She enjoys all outdoor activities, especially golf, boating, crabbing, cross-country skiing, gardening, hiking, and traveling with her husband, especially to Kauai.
Mindy
Mindy is an expanded duties chairside dental assistant. She takes satisfaction in helping patients feel relaxed and peaceful while in her care. Mindy enjoys being part of a team that does quality work while still having fun. She lives with her husband, AJ, and two pre-school sons. In her free time, Mindy likes to spend time with friends and family, camping, traveling, and cooking. She also enjoys mountain biking, running, and reading.
Michelle
As a dental hygienist, Michelle provides quality preventive care and oral hygiene instructions to our patients. She is rewarded by the improvements her patients make in their oral health under her care. Michelle finds it a pleasure to work with such a great staff and doctors for so long. She lives with her husband, Travis, a school age son, and a pre-school daughter. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially at the beach.
Bev
Bev is our office manager and bookkeeper. She loves to hear about the many interests and activities of our patients and their families. Bev is grateful to work with such a personable, caring, and skilled team. Bev has two adult children and one cat. She likes to hike, play tennis, and sings in a chorus that travels abroad.
